Planning/ coordination
5 month out consultation to discuss your wedding planning, reviewing all major elements have been accounted for with the styling design/set up and wedding day coordination logistics.
One pre-wedding catch up meeting at venue or property
Creation of location site maps (if required)
Creation of Wedding Timeline (Runsheet) and distribution to MC, venue and vendors
Assistance with:
i)Collating guest RSVPS
ii)Bus scheduling
iii)Guest seating planPre-wedding rehearsal (If applicable)
Coordination of all your vendors; ensuring they are on time and on task on the day
Event management of the Ceremony through to Reception until approx. 9pm, executing the Runsheet timeline
Welcoming, hosting and ushering wedding guests to the ceremony location 15 minutes before the ceremony commences
Communication with celebrant, musicians, photographer and videographer for Ceremony cues
Be on hand to direct and assist bridal party with preparations for aisle walk
Guidance and liaison with nominated hosts for Reception Master of Ceremonies
Act on your behalf for decisions and troubleshooting that best represent your vision to ensure a smooth and seamless wedding day.

Take-over liaison with wedding vendors on your behalf in the lead up, in preparation as On day Stylist
3- page styling set up guide of locations: Ceremony, Pre-reception, Reception
Review of all hire orders ensuring they are correct and per venue requirements/ terms
Review of floral quote to ensure everything has been allocated and the correct quantities have been ordered.
Pre-wedding napkin folding and place card sorting for Sit Down table settings
Wedding day Styling set up for Ceremony, Pre-Reception & Reception locations (Furniture placement, Table setting, stationery & decor placement etc.)
