  • Do you have a minimum spend?

    Our minimum spend is our lowest service package.

  • Where are you based? & Do your travel?

    We are based in Margaret River and predominately service this region.

    However we do travel outside based on availability, accommodation and travel fees apply

  • What services do you offer?

    Please refer to our Wedding Services Tab, we offer Styling Design as our lead service and Planning and Coordination services as secondary services

  • Enquiry & Booking process

    We require all of our new enquiries to have a phone consult, once we receive your enquiry and we have replied. This is to enable us to see if we are the right fit personality/ service wise and to gather more wedding details from you, in preparation for our formal Estimate.

  • Do you require a Vendor meal?

    All services that have Coordination included in them require a Main vendor meal to be provided. This will fall under your catering costs.

  • How long have you been operating?

    Our business was established in 2018.
    I have been working solidly in the Events sector for almost 10 years, previously to that 10 years in hospitality management, catering and events.

  • Do you have business insurance ?

    The Wedding Concept as a business is insured for Professional Indemnity & Public liability, this includes our staff.

    Due to insurance reasons all of our weddings must be set up and serviced by our trained staff, we do not accept help from family or friends of the wedding couple

  • Will you work with already booked Vendors?

    Of course we will work with pre-booked vendors prior to our service engagement, however we do ask that you provide a list of them when you enquire, so we can assess our working relationships and if we are the right fit for your wedding team.

  • Do you provide Styling mood boards?

    Yes, we do provide a comprehensive Styling Concept for all services which include the design aspects. This is only provided after a formal booking is accepted.

    Please note all Designs are owned by The Wedding Concept under our IP clause in our Terms & Conditions.

    Copying in any form is strictly prohibited.

  • Can you source unique decor?

    We are always happy to research and source unique styling decor, fees for hire costs will be provided at time of purchase of these goods.
